New Castle County, DE

In June 2025, New Castle County  saw a 3.8% increase in home sales compared to the previous year, along with a 5.7% rise in the median sales price—from $350,000 to $369,900. Pending sales also rose 1.0% year-over-year.

 

Kent County, DE

In June 2025, Kent County saw a 0.9% decrease in homes sold compared to June 2024, while the median sales price climbed 0.1%, from $339,500 to $339,900. The number of homes that went under contract in the sixth month of 2025 increased 1.5% from 2024.

 

Sussex County, DE

Home sales in Sussex County rose 3.0% in the sixth month of 2025 compared to the same time last year, while the median sales price climbed 1.0%, from $455,250 to $460,000. The number of pending sales dipped 5.5% year-over-year.

 

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced a 1.2% decrease in the number of sold homes for the sixth month of 2025 compared to 2024 and an 2.2% increase in the median sales price from $562,760 to $574,935. The number of homes that went under contract in the 6th month of 2025 decreased 1.2% from 2024.

 

Cecil County, MD

For the 6th month of 2025, Cecil County experienced a 5.6% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2024 and a 1.6% decrease in the median sales price from $357,445 to $351,700. The number of homes that went under contract in the sixth month of 2025 increased 1.1% from 2024.
