Through August 2025, Kent County experienced a 1.5% decline in homes sold compared to the same period in 2024, while the median sales price held steady at $340,000. Year-to-date contract activity showed a 1.1% increase over last year.
Sussex County, DE
Home sales in Sussex County rose 3.9% in the eighth month of 2025 compared to the same time last year, while the median sales price climbed 1.1%, from $450,000 to $455,000. The number of pending sales dipped 3.2% year-over-year.
